Logitech G19 crashes computer

I got a Logitech G19 for Christmas, I'm using Windows 7 64-Bit on a new computer with a clean install and when I install the software and reboot, my computer crashes every time. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver software and the same thing happens. If I plug in a old keyboard everything's fine. I've contacted Logitech support but no reply yet, anyone else have the same problems? I'm using the newest driver. Not impressed at all.

Driver may be the issue, though it could be that the device is defective. Try it on another computer :thumb:

I have the same setup (g19 + W764) and it works for me. Sounds like a hardware issue.

They sent me another driver to try, I'll check it out later. Not in the mood to see my computer crash right now.
Seems alot of people are having the same problem but works great for others. Its weird.

It appears to be working when its plugged into the front panel but it crashes when its plugged into the ports on the motherboard.

I'll forward this on to logitech and see what I get back from the internal tech department. Might take awhile, my contact is on vacation for a few more weeks. :)
