Default just got a new mouse

well as some of you may have read my raven took a tumble and started misfiring, so i had no choice but to pick up a new mouse, so im happy to say iv found one!

I recently dropped by memory express only to feast my eyes on the Razer Mamba, witch to me looked perfect. I didn't notice the unhealthy price of 150$ until i actually payed for the sucker though!

It is however one hell of a mouse, and does like to boast a sleek and sexy look.

My System Specs

Default

It was 99$ a few weeks before...

But congrats, glad that you like it.

I had my mamba for a month-ish, but disliked it very much. It works well as a gadget, but falls on its face as a mouse. Just my 2 cents

wow it was 99 bucks? damn... but why didn't you like it as a mouse? i find the 5000 DPI is a little overkill, but i like the built in memory so it doesn't forget my dpi settings like my raven did.

My System Specs

Default

I forgot where I put the big list that I made

Here's a few
Weight distribution is way off
Mouse wheel sucks (all mushy, no response), and no sidescroll
Icky firmware
Didn't glide very well due to the relatively small feet
Switching from Wired to wireless and vice versa takes WAY too long software-wise, not practical in a game situation.
Battery life is much shorter than advertised (may be due to firmware)
Stupid software, ridiculously unfriendly firmware updates

Finally OVERPRICED.

I stuck with my Ikari laser for a while, then picked up a MS X8 on the side. X8 is everything the Mamba is essentially, but more practicality and cheaper.
