i have the ikari laser and love it hands down. it feels like there is nothing in my hand when i game and surf. Also the CPI switch on the fly cant be beat when the game loads up change it to what u want. and it saves it for when u take it to other's houses. lol edit heres my review of it if u want. I actually had the G9 for a week before returning it. Compared to the ikari, the G9 is woefully short and wasn't all that comfortable with my type of claw grip as edges of the mouse tend to bother me. Performance-wise, the G9 is very decent, but Ikari has godly tracking and versatility.

I bet who everyone who voted for the G9 has never touched an Ikari. Its like first love when you put your hand on it.

Yup, I think the only way one can understand the Ikari is to get your hands on one literally. I shrugged it off thinking it was all just marketing, but then was at a buddies who just got his, played 1 round of CS with it and bought one the next day.

QFT!
Although if the player loves the adjusted weights, then ikari might not be a good choice, since it's quite light on its own.
