If you like Razer Deathadder is the way to go. Often on sale for $45-$50. MX518 is good too.

I should be receiving my MX518 back from RMA today. It'll be on the FS page later on today ;) hehe

If you like the shape of the G9, then by all means go for it. The only thing that caused me to return my old G9 was the ergonomics.

However if you like, a steelseries ikari laser is so far the best mouse I've used.

i am on my 3rd mx518 now. they are nice for people with bigger hands, unless you're a lefty. 2 of mine have broken already, but they sent me brand new ones within 4 days of me calling them. They don't even ask for the old one back either. I like the optical over the laser because they are more durable. I don't notice a difference between the two of them playing FPSs (i also have a vx revolution)

love the logitech products
