yeah.. every time i buy something new, i'm always struggling not to open it in the car on my way home. You, sir, show great patients.

I had a case for nearly 6 months before I did anything with it, I got my saitek eclipse 2 close to 4 months before i used it once, I've got a bunch of fans Ive never used either, and a hard drive *500GB* that over a year later, is still in original OEM packaging, and 2 samsung burners that I had on hand for over 5 months before they even got tested, either way, set up an RMA

Encorp, I really apreciate what you do for me, give me news of what happen on your side, on mine i will open an RMA with Ncix.

Just a quick note, i also bought a logitech G9 Mouse along with the keyboard and the mouse was perfect no problem... (i'm using it) The keyboard is the only part a got trouble with it for the entire build.

As for the month, yeah i'm really patient guy, the mouse, keyboard and case was the first parts a bought, and i took my time to gather the rest since i was on budget and i wanted to find the best deals for the parts i wanted...

Yeah i should at least have opened the keyboard to check it... but i didn't.

Just to tell you how patient a can be! before i got my new build i was still running on my old pentium 2 450 that i bought about 12 years ago!!! (seriously this is no joke!)

Well it's too bad your mouse isn't the one messed up, I've got like ten in my closet haha.. I'll keep you posted on the keyboard.

Sir, that kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable! If you purchase PC parts from the store, they must be opened immediately in the car. If you get parts delivered to your home, the package must be torn open at the doorway! There is no such thing as waiting or storing parts for later use.

If you purchase Express RMA at ncix. do it now . But it seems like you probably didn`t bother to get it . Same here, i never pay for express RMA unless item is over $100 and oversized.

2 me that looks like they r were and tear spots cause i just looked at my keyboard[g15 gen 2] and the keys i use more often eg wsad r alot shinnyer than the 1s i dont use as often
