They were released at CES but still being tested. Got a pair on the way as usual; really, really, friggin nice for gaming. Interchangeable headbands etc.

just fear factor I guess since I've never had one. :)

They were looking great until I hit the part that says USB connection. I've found that some mobo's don't provide enough power to a USB port to drive headphones as loud as I'd like. Plus, I like to use my sound card to drive headphones, that's why I spent the money on it.

The USB part is also bugging me. I bought a soundcard to actually use it :P

Haha, I have an opinion about USB; for gaming etc I completely prefer it. Because it allows me to change settings around more, but obviously for my true audio work I wouldn't be caught dead with them; but then again I also wouldn't be caught dead with any of the pro-sumer PC soundcards on the market either for that hahaha.

I will ask tomorrow. If memory serves me right it was August but that is purely off memory and I'm honestly not so sure right now. I'll look into it though.

Oh man... USB? Whyyyyy!!! They seem so awesome at not that bad of a price but being USB completely takes them off my list, and I'm sure MANY others that have sound cards... Bad move by logitech there
