"Quick Example 200 strap tends to have a wall around 380fsb before performance drops off
266 strap the wall is around 430fsb and 333 strap around 520fsb...of course you can go past these points as not all hardware is the same (but expect performance not to be as good)."

Enaberif just out of curiosity can i run 2.2 volts on my Ram kit its the Mushkin Xp2 Ascent Redline 1000mhz DDR 2 itsrated at 2.0-2.1 because im not sure i can run it at 1066 if i do 1:1

Really depends on the memory.

Some memory if you run to high of voltage may have a tendency to die faster.

1066 settings is really not needed and you'll get very little benefit at it running that fast.

Alright heres what i got it to currently running at 901mhz on the ram and 1.42 volts on the cpu em the temps is with folding @ home running with the Gpu client.

And Speedstep is screwin with my Folding as it keeps downclocking the chip to 2700mhz from 4.0ghz which is bring my ppd now and what used to take 2hours and 8 mins per project is now taking well over 3 hours which doesnt make sense. Btw the 2 hours and 8 mins was with my 2.2ghz Amd Dual core.

Try going into your Power Options in the control panel and change your desktop to "Always On"

Nope it still goes down to 2700 mhz tried both home and office and Always on. Im reading thru google and they say to turn of CE1 Support in the bios?

If you have that on then yes.

There is E1ST and C1E that will alter the multi.
