Default Question on Hard drive benchmarks

Hello
I have run two Mushkin SSDs in raid 0 for several years now, I just had one disk die and replaced it today. I re organized my case and wiring and installed a clean copy of window 7 ult.
I wanted to make sure everything was running as it should and did a Crystal disk mark test as was very surprised by the numbers, I then tried AS SSD and they were identical, I then decided to try ATTO before ripping things apart and got the numbers I expected (slightly lower then before but ok)
Can someone explain why I got different numbers in each and what that means. Is it functioning as it should (2 raid 0 ssd's using intel mb internal raid)
Thansk

edit forgot the pic

Atto shows 1GB/s reads, which is normal, what is the issue?
