Default Overclock 5820K

Recently purchased a 5820K and copied a video tutorial on Youtube for overclocking but I have a few questions.
Below are the settings I have done to obtain my 4.5 GHz on my 5820K with my MSI X99 SLI Plus

Cooler: Corsair H100i GTX

CPU Ratio: 45 (Original 33)
Base Clock: 100 (Original 100)
VCCIN Voltage: 2.1 (Original 2.0)
CPU Core Voltage: 1.3 (Original AUTO)

1) What is the difference between VCCIN and CPU Core Voltage?
2) Under AIDA64 Stress test my TEMP is stable at 80C, but I would like the temp to be around 70 - 75 MAX, do I start decreasing the CPU Core Voltage or VCCIN to see if I can maintain my 4.5 GHz with lower voltage?

You probably didn't need to increase the VCCIN at all and if you haven't tested with anything but 1.3v on the core then yes lower it and test. Rinse and repeat. There's so much variation in the CPUs that someone elses setting aren't likely going to be ideal for your setup.
Not sure if that's my wife's cooking or if I'm overclocking too much.
