I second this. My TRUE fits fine in my Antec 900 too, though you may have issues with installing a side fan depending how you mount the TRUE.

Batch #s are tracked by OC'ers as an indication of what kind of OC performance can be expected from a chip.

It doesn't seem to make quite as big a difference as stepping (G0 for example) with C2D chips, but often there will be a consensus on the boards that newer/older manufactured chips OC better/worse.

Oh cool, just woke up, 4 hours sleep last night ahaha must, finish, working, on computer.... errr

Haha well here is my info from my Q6600 GO:FPO/Batch#: L729B243

That all that is needed?

Havn't started oc'ing yet, gonna run some benchmarks beforehand - but unfortunately I need to copy over some stuff from my old machine because my lil sister is driving me nuts asking if she can have it lol.

Congrats on getting your parts in and your system together. Good luck with your OC. You should be well pleased with that setup.

Thanks, Yeah I did some minor work on the case today, but I have to wait until next week to go buy all the paint etc for it so I just tried to make the cables as tidy as possible and work out where I'll cut holes etc. Added some fan filters and stuff too.. Got some pics, I'll post em sometime soon :)

Happy with it so far, noticed my video card went on sale from NCIX so I ordered a second one LOL.

Under air?

I'd be suspicious of any stock load temps under air over 40C, but I've never run a quad under air so I'm not completely sure....

What are you getting? (This is under a true right?)

Sounds about right, but don't let those kinds of temps stop you from doing some mild OC work with it... :)

You'll be able to bump it up some without any Vcore which shouldn't affect temperatures all that much. At the very least that'll tell you what the chip is capable of on stock volts.
