anyone used this product before ?

i dont know if i've installed it properly but my temps are 10-15degres higher then before

Before : i5 2500K 5.0Ghz Dual rad with thermalright fans at max EK Supremen LT Nickel was running max 55-60

Now : i5 2500K 5.0Ghz, Single 120 with Thermalright, Sapphire 5970 Stock Clocks, Dual Rad with Thermalright all at max with EK Supreme LT Nickel now while gaming 70-75

could it be i installed the Indigo wrong or because my 5970 is making the CPU run hotter in the same loop ?

Is that the film of solder stuff that needs to be reflowed to seal your block to your cpu?

yeah it is

i've found a pdf on their site saying when using EK Supreme waterblock, not to tighten too much which i probably did, which will damage the ETI and to boot pc with pump on and once burn program has started to turn pump off.... which i didnt do and followed instruction from the box and boot with pump off.... guess that's why im overheating compared to before
