Freeze/Restart during idle

AMD 995 oc 4.0ghz 1.45v
Giga 770t-usb3
8gigs (oc) 1600

This only happens once every few weeks and seems to only happen when idle on desktop or browsing the web. Never happens while gaming or any other large processes, So im not sure if it indeed is my oc.

No bsod or anything so I don't get a mini dump. Not sure where to look. If it helps I can take a pic of my bios screen.

I did a memtest with no issues and ran prime for like half a day. Just find it odd that it happens while the pc is doing hardly anything. Any suggestions?

Im experiencing a very simular occurance which actualy now occured while just reading sites & downloading a torrent ... also get it occuring tryin to game & occasionaly when watching a video .... very random/sporatic .. btw what os are you using ?

Ya it weird, figured it would happen during gaming but never does.
