Sapphire HD 7770 overclocking questions
Hello guys I am tottaly new to this foroum and I wanted to ask some questions about overclocking my card.So I have a 7770 Ghz edition not factory overclocked.I started overclocking it today using MSI afterburner an I have overclocked the core clock to 1100 mhz and memmory clock to 1110 mhz and turned fan speed to 50%.So far I am getting stable 64-65c on the video card.Should I continue overclocking and if yes to what extent .I mean what are the "safe" temperatures for a mid-end graphics card like 7770.

Very nice to find a foroum like that :D

Honestly, I don't think you will really see all that much performance difference between 1.1GHz and say 1.2GHz or 1.25GHz. Typically, you won't be limited by the cooling assembly on these lower cards but rather by the core itself.

lol why on overclocked state I get some freezes inside games like prototype 2 , max payne 3 etc ... when I reset the settings to their original state it is working fine
