Looking for overclocking suggestions

I just got the i5-3570k today and i'm overclocking it with a P8Z77-V LK and G.SKILL Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 Memory - G.Skill - F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL for ram. I'm cooling with the Cooler master 212+.

I managed to get it stable at 4.4Ghz, and set the offset voltage to -0.005v
Load @ 67C 1.16vcore

For some reason no matter what I seem to do, I can't go past 4.4Ghz...

I'm not sure about pushing the Vram any further then 1.52 but I'm new to this. Any suggestions would be wonderful.

You'll probably need more vcore to go further, but really 4.4 on ivy bridge and air isn't bad at all. I'm 4.6 @ 1.25 (actual) with a H100, similar temps, and not using offset.
