My System Specs

Default Best Settings

I am going to be getting an i5 2500k soon and the motherboard is a GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3. I know not all chips are the same and don't always overclock the same, but I would really like to push this to 4.2GHz. My cooler is a Notcua NH-D14. It would be awesome to have some settings to put in to get this overclock, but I don't know where to even start.

4.2 might be able to be achieved with just a simple multiplier adjustment. I know my first board ASRock P67 Extreme4 Gen3 was capable of this.

If your mobo has an auto OC button, that's about where it'd put you if you were to use it.
