Temperature variations in FX-8150
I'm doing stability testing at 4.0 GHz until the blade masters and leaf-blower case fans arrive (after which, I'll try to get to 4.4), and I've noticed that the temperature oscillates between 18 and 36 degC while running prime95 in an 8-thread configuration. Is this a normal effect of the AM3+ rapid Vcore switching? CPU is AMD FX-8150, motherboard is Asus M5A88-M and CPU cooler is Cooler Master Hyper 212+, in a push configuration.
