Smile MSI Overclocking/warranty questions 6950

I was wondering if you go past the limits in afterburner,(into unofficial overclocking)
Is it possible for MSI to notice you went past the EULA?
Or is it undetectable and will still get an rma

Thanks for your replies

My System Specs

Only thing they can detect, is bios changes, if it dies under a modded bios you are FUBAR, but if you cripple it and get the stock bios back on, you are golden:)

There is no way for them to tell if you overclocked too far, especially when done by software. Even more so if the card doesn't work at all anymore. The other great thing about MSI is that if you are in the GTA you can drive the card to their partner in Markham and you don't even have to pay to ship for the RMA. And they ship it back! I buy MSI just for this reason.

I have messed up on one side of the bios, (stupid flash by me)
But on the other bios it shows video with artifacts, the reason I am RMA'ing
If it shows video on one side they cant pin me on the messed up second bios right?

I doubt theyd check
