Does 3Dmark 11 take a snapshot of system while the card is idle?

I set my cards to overclock levels but the results show an idle GPU?

Cards are 6850 Crossfire Sapphire Toxic

The base clock is GPU 820 / Mem 1100

I overclocked to GPU 915 / Mem 1153 on trixx

Why in the results do I see

Results show GPU 300 / Mem 1153 (does it take a snapshot before or after when the GPU is in idle? (300 is my idle)

And a 3DMark Score P6327

Also if anyone had an idea on what to tweak to get a higher score let me know.

My processor is a 945 Phenom II overclocked by software to 3.149 (this was the AMD auto clock results)

Edit ~ Unfortuntly me did not thinks about overclocking when I built my machine and the processor is locked.

That's a good score for 6850 cf. Upgrade you processor, maybe. I only got P7400 something like that with HD 6950 xf and amd 955 @4.1ghz. I'm going to change my processor soon (Bulldozer or sitch to intel route) to see if I'll get better performance on my games.
