Ya, well the cure is the voltage/performance balance, or more fan speed. Also another rad would cure it, but cost quite a bit, I use 6 gentle typhoons 1850RPM on an externally mounted RX360 rad, and with 3 fans even at this speed, the temps would creep up with more then 1.35v, so I ended up with the cooling I wanted at the cost of a louder machine.
