Just to let you know that I just tried the "Legion Hardware" overclock setup and Prime fails at 480 MHz FSB. That "tutorial" is flawed and unstable. I used my 3rd rig, the one with the E8400.

mmm ok... so what overclocking i have to use?.. what guide?

There is no "true" guide to oc'ing. You have to learn and understand what are the effects of every BIOS setting. Start by reading the reviews of your board and some sites may also show some oc'ing setups. Remember that the hardwar used will have an impact on your oc, and that no 2 same hardware setups oc the to the same level.
