Default i7 2600k overclocked temp question

I've overclocked my CPU by using ASUS TurboV EVO Auto Tuning Fast Mode. The details are below:

Frequency: 4429MHz (103.02 x 43)
Voltage: 1.32v (when load)
idle temp: 30-35C
load temp (intel burn test): 70C-72C max depends on ambient temp
ambient temp: 23~25C

I've did some research on that and others are getting less than 60C~65C when load at 4.4GHz but in my case my CPU has already hit the 70C+.
Has anyone else has the similar case to mine? or I just got a bad chip? =(

it could just be a difference in heatsinks used

In my experience the Asus software will tend to use higher values (Vcore, LLC, Vdram etc) than what would be achievable manually overclocking, thus giving you higher temps in comparison.

Do a manual OC and lower those voltages, also spend $30 on a hyper 212+ and then you will never have to worry about temps again.

i've done manual overclocking
frequency: 4.6ghz
voltage 1.315v
and my load temp (prime35) easily hit 70C~72C while I see others are around 65C. my spec is under 'my spec'
any ideas?

I am running at 4.7ghz/1.35v current and going to test the stability later.

I've ran a short intel burn test and the result i got is
load temp: 71C
ambient temp: 25C

is that normal?
