I pay for 50mb and get 47/48 usually although it does drop to 20-30 for no obvious reason.

Switched to Teksavvy for the unlimited bandwidth, 28/1. Quite a bit cheaper than the 150GB 32/7, especially not having to worry about overage charges. Speeds seem to get slow sometimes though.
