Hey there m8, welcome to HWC. Good to see Canada's #1 bencher join.

What are your plans for PCM7? Will be good to get on the same page so we dont replicate results.

If you look at FTW's CC score @ 6408 (here) compared to his best 2600k score @ 6847 (here), the only difference - or at least the only one I can see - is GPU clocks. So it looks like GPU clocks can make a pretty big difference. I dunno...

Dont forget about the 100Mhz... It is worth ocing your GPU but dont expect a ton from it.

I still have to try some different OSes & get some more clockspeed, just got the phase units & although they're great for booting up & light tasks it doesn't hold temps as well as a pot of ln2 for heavier cpu load. Hoping to find a raid card & another drive before it's over as well.

Hey FTW good to see you here as well. Are you planning a 3dMark11 run as well, I mean I'm sure you have nothing else to do :)

I did get started on a 3d11 score but the mobo wasn't agreeable about it & killed itself, I don't have a backup board for AMD yet.

Well I figured out why I couldnt run PCM7 under sub zero.. Something is screwed up with my storage, it wont even run at stock. Fails as soon as it starts the storage tests. Troubleshooting now.

Okay that is all the 450 has under DICE. I think I figured the scaling wrong was thinking I should be closer to 1000 at 4.5Ghz but apparently not and examing the other Celeron scores I think I'm right where I should be. If I can find a good clocking Am3 board I might try with a Sempron.

That is an outstanding Celery 450 score Rasparthe, with incredible efficiency. Nicely done!

edit - the RAM you're using in the REX... are they F3-16000CL9D-4GBRH's by any chance?
