Default Athlon +6000 OC

Hey guys jus a couple questions with regards to my oc. I have a biostar t-force 560 A2+ and im oc'ing my +6000 now with the ht link at 5x i can only get my fsb to 207 (from 200) but when i drop the ht link to 4x and up the chipset to 2.75v i can get it to 223 but it is unstable i tried loosening ram timmings ,upping the cpu voltage and upping the ram voltage but alas she stays unstable. right now i have it stable at 213 (cpu @ 3196.9), i have a noctua on the chipset and stock cooling(idle at 32* load 41*) anyone know how to check chipset temps? Id love to be able to get this higher any suggestions?

I'm currently stable at 3510.6mhz, and I'm sure I can still get a bit more juice out of her yet. I would tell you what everything is set at, but I truthfully can't remember 100%, I'll mention it next time I restart. Also, I'm roughly 30/35°c when idle, and 40/45°c when under full load, mind you, I am water cooling!
