My System Specs

Default Temperature question ( which temperature do I go by?

I had board a Sabertooth 990fx MB and a 6core 1100T be cpu and when I installed it I noticed that it was already at 4ghz which is great but then I reset every thing ( wasn't thinking ) now I want to see how far I can go the thing is am not sure which temperature to go by the core temp ( which is 28c ) or the other one that says it is 41 c. also what is a safe temp to have my cpu at right now I am only at 3.8ghz

Core Temp for AMD. Aim to stay under 60c.
