I think it is a ram problem.

6-8-6 is asking too much, set it back to default 8-8-8

And that CPU NB volts seems high. Try to stay under 1.4V

You most likely need 1.45v ish to hit 4ghz

Drop your HT link from 13 -> 12 is what dan meant.

Hello user whom is a 1/2 hour away from me.

I own the chip & i got 4 ghz easy by doin as you have listed accept as follows:

cup ratio: 20.0
CPU bus freq: 200

cpu\nb freq: 2400
ht link: 2600
cpu pwm : auto
CPU LLC: auto
Cpu/nb llc : auto

cpu volt: 1.45
cpu/nb volt : 1.41

You will need at least 1.45v on the cpu cores themselves, default the rest of your settings, then once your multi is set to 20x work on your cpu/nb frequency bumping it up till its not stable. thats how I have mine as seen in the following pics:

Hope that helps you some.

not possible unless your in an industrial freezer, at stock my 1090 was at 40c idle and 60c load it was terrible but now with my v6 on there it idles at 27c and load in the 40's to 50's depending on ambient

I am stable @ 4 Ghz, all I did was up my CPU ratio (done in windows with the ASUS M5A99X MB) to 17 and then upped my core voltage to 1.38125. Runs fine with Venomous X RT CPU cooler.

Not having any stability issues here. I keep my bus speed the same that way I don't have to worry about my 1333 RAM.
