The case is pretty roomy, I don't think airflow will be a problem. It does have 5x120mm case fans. It's just to decide the best layout for optimal air cooling. I will probably mod the top of by replacing the plexiglass with mesh to help with airflow.

If I remember, I believe they perform decently. I don't think a tower-style heatsink would be a good fit for that case since as you've said, the air flow would be all messed up.
