Try dropping the multi to 9, instead of 10 - you may be able to raise the FSB higher.

I think once we get some sufficient cooling on that memory and NB we could set the FSB to 300 x 9 put the CPU to 2.7 and set the Mem Multiplier to 3x so the memory will run at 900MHz and then go in a start tightening the timings. Maybe try them at 5-5-5-18. What do you think John?

Or even 8x 350FSB. Better for Ram clocking. As for the NB, just slap a fan next to it.
