Overclocking question (Voltage)

I'm overclocking my 6000 dual. I have some watercooling system that I put together here are the parts
Laing D5-B 12V pump
HW Labs Black Ice GT Xtreme 360 Triple Rad
HW Labs Black Ice GT Xtreme 360 Single Rad
Swiftech Stealth REV.2 NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GPU/MEMORY Water Block x2

My question is I have it up to 3.5 but my temps are still 27 idle and I want to go more but I guess that would meen to put the voltage up ? If so what would be the right voltage.:punk:the stock voltage was set 1.392

Can you elaborate a little more? Exact CPU model, and all major components? And why triple AND single rad? Don't get me wrong, the BIX rads are very good...

I would think 1.45v would be fine for watercooling and day to day op. Bump your vcore a tad and see what mhz you can go to keeping temps in check.
