Any guides explaning ram / mobo settings to oc ?

Specs :

Intel C2Q Q6600 G0 Stepping
Asus Maximus Extreme
Viper Extreme DDR3-1333 7-7-7-20

What are the best to break the 3.3Ghz Barrier

only thing modded in Bios is actually FSB... Stock Vcore and bla bla..

im still newb to oc.. i dont know 3/4 of my option what they are for hence why everything is Auto still..

I'm Custom Watercooled so i want to try and get the closest to 4ghz as possible...
