Aren't you already getting enough F@H PPD? Do you have to bring down the entire grid for your vanity?! (yeah, I'm jealous)

The system is up and running everything posted perfect, a little disappointed that gigabyte uses the old BIOS.

The memory is G.Skills' New ripjaw X line 7-8-7-24 timing at 1600mhz two 4gig dimms.

Once I move it off the test bench and into my norm setup I'll start OCing and get some screenies.

New hardware is always exciting, expecially with a flagship processor.

I'm not sure if this is normal, But I'm getting 1.068v in CPU-Z while running prime95 at 4.49ghz 45x99.8. Temps are 49-53-50-50 under a nh-d14.

This is definately gonna be a good night.

The new UEFI is just a firmware update a way. Giga stuck with the old BIOS for the shipping version in case there were problems that QA didn't reveal with the new implementation. A prudent choice on their part, if you ask me. But yeah - don't worry, UEFI is coming to Gigabyte in due time.

Very nice. :)

I like the "old BIOS" myself!
