Default Stable OC finishing touches

Hi everyone,

in anticipation of actually having a stable overclock soon, I am wondering if I can turn on all the energy saving technologies? I kinda liked how when I wasn't applying a load the system would undervolt and drop the multiplier...sorry if undervolt was the wrong word.

Anyway I think if I could keep these energy savers on and keep the overclock for gaming etc. it might make my system a little more environmental and last a little longer?

Anyone have any experience throwing the switch back on for using cpu volt offset instead of set voltage, and also using speedstep etc? So far I haven't found any convincing arguments.

Thanks again,

My System Specs

Like I told you in the other thread we usually take it off, but try it and if it work well then leave it on. Simple but only way to know;)

Thanks I was just thinking about after finding stable it would be nice.

Some interesting posts: --The Asus P6X58D Premium & E Thread-- - Page 76 - Overclock.net - Overclocking.net

5th post down from BlackDragon seems to be a proponent of enabling these features after finding a stable overclock, and also disabling Vdroop correction stuff....
