AMD X6 1055T and MSI 890GXM-G65

My current build:

AMD X6 1055T (OC @ 3.5 ghz)

MSI 890GXM-G65 Motherboard

Corsair 4gbs 1600 ram

This was my first overclocking build and I'm still playing around with the bios settings conservatively.

My main questions are what limit should I try to reach with my core speeds and how should I overclock the ddr3 ram?

I was wondering if any other overclockers had my motherboard or anyone with any suggestions on overclocking this board?

I'm no pro OCer, but I can give you the typical response: As high as you are comfortable with. Some people will say that the highest you can get is worth is, regardless of temps/volts. Some people dont raise volts at all. Lots of people fall in between. You have to find what degree you fit in.
Also, not all chips OC the same. Just because Jimmybobjoe got to 5GHz it doesn't mean that you will get that, even with identical parts. Some just happen to be better OCers than others.

What cooling are you using? the higher the temps usualy the shorter life span of parts.
