Default i7 960....

Any info on bumping up the clocks on these CPU's appreciated,

what works, what doesnt..

anyone have performance figures?

What motherboard are you using? The first thing you'll want to do is set the multiplier to the turbo multiplier if your motherboard supports it. From there it's all about increasing the BCLK, increasing voltages, and keeping your RAM within spec.
