I have 4 gb in total, is this a problem?
I guess you're on Windows XP 32bit? It won't support/show more, unless you make a few modifications on softwarelevel.

Whitch slots on the bord are your ram in ? Is the ram DDR3 Tripple channel ?

The EVGA bords like sets of 3 stick 0r 6 sticks fore best preformace. Fore overclocking "Sammy" suggests 3 Sticks.

The ram issue is probably due to the 32 windows install. Although it should be able to see closer to 3-4 gb than that....

Most importantly, what cooler is on your 930 - you need a high end cooler to get past 3.8Ghz and be safe/stable temperatures.
With stock cooler I wouldn't go past 3.4Ghz (if that)
