Pretty darn good clocks for that low a voltage IMHO. I'm at 1.37v to maintain a 4.2 ghz 24/7 stable overclock. Been meaning to experiment with bringing the voltage down, but haven't got around to it. I bumped the voltage up to stop random bsod's I was getting every couple days while folding bigadv and gpu at the same time. There are a lots of great guides out there for OCing the 920, the trouble I recall having was with the different terminology between the Asus bios and others (Evga).
I wouldn't be afraid to give it more juice as long as you have adequate cooling. Have you changed any other settings: PLL,. IOH, Vdram, etc? HT on or off?
