Damn, I wonder he is running for a cooling setup. I'm thinking it's gotta be a WC setup.

That's for sure but still it's pretty impressive 3.9 with a E2180

Keep in mind that could have been a suicide shot...I don't trust standalone cpu-z verification. I could verify my e2180 at 3.5, but 3 seconds after I turned Orthos on I had errors! I keep on reading that the max voltage is 1.35v, however on Intel's CPU Spec Finder, the max listed is 1.5v. Any know the cause of the discrepancy?

I can't find any voltage data on Intel's site, probably why I don't go there much. ![]() Found this though, wiki is your friend: List of Intel Pentium Dual-Core microprocessors - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ![]() .

What is reporting your Vcore of 1.35 the BIOS or CPU-Z?

Not Vcore, Vid, the Voltage your cpu asks for, mine says "1.325V", yours says "1.200V", why I wonder?

Well not all two chips are the exact same. There is a range of voltage that the CPU requires. To answer you question you'd have to contact Intel.
