Help on new OC

[RLP06]

Hi all, I'm sorta new to overclocking, but bought a mobo and cpu off a user on here and it was pre-oc'ed

The mobo is:
Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H
and cpu:
AMD Athlon II X2 240

Now, I've put in ram that didn't come from this seller, it's G-Skill DDR2 800's

So I'm wondering if there is anything wrong with this setup, here is what is in the bios

CPU Clock Ratio x14
CPU NorthBridge Freq x7
CPU Frequency 275
PCIE CLock 101
HT Link Width Auto
HT Link Frequency 1.4 ghz
Memory Clock x2.66 [732mhz]

CPU NB VID COntrol +0.175V [1.35v]
CPU Voltage Control +0.100V [1.520v]
Normal CPU Vcore 1.425V

I don't really understand the Memory Clock x2.66 part, is my memory being overclocked?

From what I've read, based on the processor clock (3850mhz) and the divider (with is the northbridge freq? - 7x) I'd think that my ram needs to run at 550mhz.

I've been trying to read everything, but can't piece together which terms are which.

Any help/input/knowledge would be much appreciated!

Your memory will run at up to 800 mhz without overclocking. The 2.66 part is the memory multiplier. See if it's adjustable to 3.0, that would run your ram at DDR2-825, which they should be capable of.

Thanks for your input, how does the divider fit into all this?
