**HELP ** Asus P6T SE and OCZ 12800 DDR3 HELP

I need someone to help me overclock my memory to work correctly with this MOBO. I purchased this system but they could not overclock the memory right, they said they are having a lot of problems with the OCZ memories and the Asus Mobos. Is this True ?
I have never done overclocking, so if you could please help and guide me on how to get this memory overclock right I would really appreciate it.

Mobo: Asus P6T SE
Processor: I7 950 (not Overclocked)
Memory: 6GB OCZ 1600 PC 12800 DDR3
OS: Vista 64bit

They want to send me some standard memory to replace my OCZ and I don`t want to go to a lower quality RAM. So Please help me out.

The people who sold me the PC, They tried to OC it but they could not get it stable. but why is that matter ?
