So far it's ran LinX at 4096MB memory usage for 1h20min. Core 0/2 peaked at 72C and core 1/3 peaked at 68C. This is with HT on (and thus LinX running 8 threads) and Turbo is disabled along with SpeedStep.
I'm running 200x21 with the RAM at 1600MHz. UCLK and QPI Link are set to Auto frequency.
CPU: 1.32500
CPU PLL: 1.84
QPI/DRAM Core: 1.23750 (this is considered Uncore?)
IOH: 1.10 (stock)
IOH PCIE: 1.50 (stock)
ICH: 1.10 (stock)
ICH PCIE: 1.50 (stock)
DRAM Bus: 1.64
Left all the DRAM REF voltages on Auto.
Also Load-Line Calibration, CPU Differential Amplitude, CPU Clock Skew, CPU Spread Spectrum, IOH Clock Skew and PCIE Spread Spectrum are all on Auto.
Seems alright to me, only the CPU voltage is showing in Purple, rest are Blue so they're within safety limits I guess. I'm a bit concerned of the DRAM Bus, but my RAM is spec'd at 1.65V. The XMP profile sets it to 1.66V (which gives me a warning message) so I'm already down a bit. I might try to get this lower though.
I just want some second opinions though, maybe there's things I should improve upon? I want 24/7 stability basically, or pretty damn close. I don't want a random BSOD coming up when I'm in the midst of doing something.
And to re-cap my parts:

Doe you have any idea what types of BSOD you are getting?
Your QPI seems a little low for trying to acheive 4Ghz with DDR1600 ram. Remember that the Uncore:QPI ratio is important, you want to try and keep the ratio as close to or below 8:9 as possible. So that means you should set your QPI to its lowest setting and set your uncore to 16 or 17 (2xRam Multiplier or 2xRam+1). I would try 1.275 - 1.3 QPI Voltage and leave DRAM Voltage at 1.65 and then test again. I usually use Prime95 for stress tests. The small FTT should stress your CPU stability and then use blend to test your memory. You can also use Memtest to verify your memory is not the problem.
Here is a link to more about the QPI:
