Right now I've settled on a 3.6 Ghz OC for my i5 750.

When running Prime95 large FTT (max heat generation) my max core temps are 57 54 53 54

Settins include:
Multiplier = 20x
Blck Frequency = 180 (set in BIOS)
DRAM frequency = 1440 Mhz (set in BIOS)
DRAM voltage = 1.65v (set in BIOS)
CPU Voltage = Auto (set in BIOS and CPUZ shows 1.256v)
FSB:DRAM = 2:8 (according to CPUZ)

Also have the following:
Intel Speedstep = Enabled
Intel TurboMode = Disabled
C1E Support = Enabled
Intel C-State = Enabled

My System Specs

LinX will push your processor harder than any load you can normally generate.
That's why LinX will crash at the slightest hint of system instability.
