Yes. However, 1.375V is not the highest safe voltage. You can go higher than that without risking damage to the CPU. That's the point I'm trying to make.

Now, I don't actually recommend going too far above 1.375V, since 1.4V is pretty much the limit on air before you start running into unmanageable temps.

According to Intel, max is 1.375v. And I had to run 1.42v to keep mine stable at 4.2ghz
