i scaled it back to 4ghz just because the idle temp was a bit high for my tastes, so now im at 4ghz and very happy :) alos lowered to voltage to 1.288

idle temps mean nothing it's load that matters only

Nice. What are your IBT load temps with your lowered volts?

yea although at 4.2ghz it was only intel burn test that could get it that high, i didnt like the idle temps at 4.2ghz.
I think my next big project after i get new video cards, is to build a nice liquid loop.
