Well it didn't matter if I had 2 or 4 sticks. I even tried 7,8,8,20 and still nothing.

have you tried a lower cpu multi and a higher fsb, this can tell you if it is a fsb wall or a cpu wall. If you try 6x300 (for example) and get no where, but 4x400 works fine, then it may be a cpu limitation (my problem), but if its the opposite then it may be a fsb issue

I could even run it at 800 mhz and still nothing.

What is the stock voltage on that quad? Maybe you want to set it a tad higher (between 1.35 - 1.40V ???) and then try 8x400 (3.2GHz) for example....leave the memory at 800MHz....also try 7x500 (3.5GHz) or 9x400 (3.6GHz) Play around with these settings a bit and see what works best!...Start low at 3.2 with the lowest voltage...and go up from there.....! Good Luck

Well the highest stable overclock I could get was 425x8 so 3.4 GHZ. Also the lowest multiplier for memory is 2.0. 3DMark 06 score with a slight overclocko n GPU is 12257 Futuremark - ORB - Result Analyzer

3.4 ghz is a little unstable. Was folding and downloading over night and the comp restarted. So I will probably bring it down to 3.2 GHZ.
