I run my dominators at 9-9-9-24-1T-1.65V if that helps.

Run them at manufacturer spec for now. Once you got your overclock stable, then start tweaking the RAM by lowering the timings.

Instead of P95, give OCCT a try. I prefer it much more than P95 as it's a harder stress testing program. Granted, I pretty much stress my computer everyday due to Folding@Home.

Ok, got it all figured out and stable now at 4.2Ghz. Ran prime95 for just under 36hrs and she is rock solid stable!
