Idle temps don't mean anything neither does the OC unless it has been proven to be stable using Prime95, OCCT, etc, which stresses the cpu/OC to see if its stable at full load for hours (4 hours min but others will claim 10 hours to really claim its stable).

I did run some hyper pi just for an average test, and i ran prime95 but what it the best way to configure it? the load temps were with prime95 Blend test.

You should use small FFTs in Prime95 to stress your CPU. Blend is primarily for testing RAM stability. And OCCT/Linpack/IntelBurnTest/LinX is a better stress-test than Prime95 anyway.
