Should my FSB:DRAM be 1:2?
Do all these settings look fine?
How much higher could i go?

If you want to get the most out of your CPU, you should set your FSB:DRAM ratio to 1:1. That will help you reach higher FSB speeds. Once you find your max CPU overclock, then you can play around with raising your RAM speed.
