If you are looking for one of the best "bang for your buck" coolers check out the OCZ Vendetta or Vendetta 2. I have 3 of them and the performance is within a degree of coolers costing 3 times as much. Highly recommended.

My Q9550 (basically 2 of your E8400's in one package) running at 3.8GHz and 1.224V on the core only barely goes over 50C with a Vendetta 2 (and Qfan is enabled so it isn't even full speed). With an E8400 you probably would be in the low 40's.

The Vendetta 2 can be found for $31 and the original Vendetta even cheaper (would run a few degrees hotter).

Might want to fix your TJMax there. It appears to be set at 95. You want it to be 100.
