I was able to get it stable at 4Ghz with a D0 stepping. Temps are ok under normal condition but approach around 88-90 after 8 hour Prime95 blend test. Not too bad considering I never overclocked CPUs before due to my motherboard limitations (OEM boards).

Mother Board: Asus P6T Deluxe V2
Bios: Current Asus revision (Don't Remember Version)
CPU: i7 920 D0
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U12P SE 1366 Push/Pull config
Memory:Corsair Dominator 6 GB 1600 Mhz 8-8-8-24 1T
PSU: Corsair HX750
GPU: GTX 260 overclocked
Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit
Idle Temp: Aprox 45 Degrees Celsius
Load Temp: Aprox 75-80 Degrees Celsius for normal loads such as games/VMs. Approximately 85-90 Degrees Celsius after 8 hours Prime 95 blend test

AI Overclock Tuner Profile: X.M.P
CPU Ratio Settings: Auto
Intel SpeedStep Tech: Enabled
Intel Turbo Mode: Enabled
BCLK Frequency: 190
PCIE Frequency: 100
DRAM Frequency: DDR3-1523MHz (Using Corsair Dominator rated at 1600)
UCLK Frequency: Auto
QPI Link Data Rate: Auto
CPU Voltage: 1.275
CPU PLL Voltage: 1.88
QPI/DRAM Core Voltage: 1.3
IOH Voltage: Auto
IOH PCIE Voltage: Auto
ICH Voltage: Auto
ICH PCIE Voltage: Auto
DRAM Bus Voltage: 1.64

All other settings are left on auto.

Show your bios settings not what cpuz says as it doesn't allow others to try your settings

I wanted to just leave it generic since the settings vary greatly board to board and terms are renamed often. I have revise my original post to now include Bios specific settings.

Yeah RAM is at spec... I'd like better RAM
I'm working on a build for my gf right now.
Also waiting to see how the new Gigabyte x58 boards turn out.
