My System Specs

Default Odd Temps

I've noticed over the past week or so, especially last night, for some reason my temps are a good 5 degrees higher at full load then they used to be. I can't really think of what would make the difference if the ambient temperature "feels" the same as when i ran full load in my basement 5 degrees cooler (for the cpus).

What could be the culprit other then ambient temp, and remember i installed HSF back in august.

Got one sitting by my system.
Shows temp and humidity... only cost like $5.

Maybe I'm not talking about the same things as gingerbee.
The one I have is about the size of a small cell phone.
I have it sitting in my comp room to watch ambient temp/humidity.
Suppose you could put one inside the case, but you'd want a smaller one probably.

When was the last time you cleaned your case and fans?
Could also possibly be a furnace running now that the weather is getting cooler (ours messes with my temps quite a bit).

Yeah though i have 4 case fans and 1 more HSF fan on the way now, plus i have better airflow when i'm in my room with the window/door open and stand fan blowing at the case.
